OSDK Tools will provide utilities to:

  • Simplify the use of open source and Java packages such as Mail, IO, Http, XML, JNDI, LDAP, FTP and more.

  • Provide examples for the use of these utilities.

  • Provide the ability to switch different open source software implementations for these utilities without having to change your application code.

  
     
  The Open Source Developer's Kit was founded to provide developers with a means to effectively organize, review, learn and apply the vast amount of Open Source software available today. It is also our goal to prove that Open Source software can create an environment that is every bit as complete and robust as any commercial software environment available.
